Welcome to Celebration Lane Wedding & Party Hire "Terms & Conditions"


Prices on the website quotes are an estimate only and may be subject to change e.g. delivery charges may need to increase if additional requirements are needed to deliver items. Once we provide you a formalized quote after checking availability this will be valid for 30 days. 




Due to demand, it is recommended to book items at least 4 or more weeks in advance, particularly over the wedding season from November-March.        




Celebration Lane caters to most of the Central North Island.  Please see a list of areas and delivery/collection costs for each area.  Delivery & Pick up is available (please contact us for more details)        




All bookings require a bond payment at the following rate:


10% of the total amount for the booking.  


The bond is fully refundable upon return of all items.  All items must be in the same condition as when hired.  All items will be checked for damage or faults before and after hire.  If you find any items not to be in good condition, please notify us before your event or the bond will be debited accordingly.        




I am more than happy to give you quotes and can arrange discounts for larger bookings.  Once we have established a full cost, you are required to make a 20% non-refundable deposit to secure your booking.  The balance including bond cost will then need to be paid in full 14 days before your event. Cancellations within 14 days of your event will incur a cancellation fee (deposit plus an additional 20% of your booking cost).         




We are happy to allow changes to your booking at no additional cost until 7 days prior to the date. Any changes made within the 7 days will be charged at full price. 





Most items can be collected/delivered on the Friday before your event and returned/picked up again on Sunday.  If you would like more time, no problem, just let me know in advance.        




We have listed most of our items for hire.  If you have a specific item, colour, and request in mind, please feel free to e-mail this to me and I will do my best to provide this for you.        




Once we have settled on a booking, you are asked to read our T&C's before the goods are released.  This is to ensure both your safety and ours.  It is up to the customer to satisfy themselves that they are happy with the items supplied. Once items are in possession it is the customer's responsibility to ensure the condition of the items remains the same.  Any items lost, damaged or not returned will be charged to the customer at the price of cost and delivery to replace. No refunds will be given after the event date unless issues have been discussed beforehand. Payment of deposit is acceptance of this agreement.
