Welcome to Celebration Lane Wedding & Party Hire "Terms & Conditions"


Due to demand, it is recommended to book items at least 4 or more weeks in advance, particularly over the wedding season from November-March.


Celebration Lane caters for most of the Central North Island.  Please see a list of areas and delivery/collection costs for each area.  Courier, Delivery & Pick up is available (please contact us for more details)


All bookings require a bond payment at the following rate;

$20 (for bookings $0-$100)

$50 (for bookings  $100-$200)

$100 (for bookings $200+)

The refund is fully refundable upon return of all items.  All items must be in the same condition as when hired.  All items will be checked for damage or faults before hire.  If you find any items not to be in excellent condition, please notify us before your event or the bond will be debited accordingly.


I am more than happy to give you quotes and can arrange discounts for larger bookings.  Once we have established a full cost, you are required to make a 20%deposit to secure your booking.  The balance including bond cost will then need to be paid in full 14 days before your event.  Cancellations within 14 days of your event will incur a cancellation fee (20% of your booking cost).  These details will be included in the hire agreement.


We can arrange to courier smaller items to you.  Please contact us for your particular requirements and we will give you a courier fee quote.


If you are considering a larger booking (multiple items, wedding curtain & frame etc) it can sometimes be more cost effective for the items to be delivered and picked up by Celebration Lane.  If this is the case for you, please see below for approximate delivery & pick up charges.


Most items can be delivered on the Friday before your event and picked up again on the Sunday.  If you would like more time, no problem, just let me know in advance.


We have listed most of our items for hire.  If you have a specific item, colour and request in mind, please feel free to e-mail this to me and I will to my best to provide this for you.


Once we have settled on a booking, you are asked to read out T&C's before the goods are released.  This is to ensure both your safety and ours.  It is up to the customer to satisfy themselves that they are happy with the items supplied.  No refunds will be given after the event date unless issues have been discussed beforehand.


Our business is located at our private residence, therefore many of our products are not on display.  If you would like to view any products prior to booking, I can either send images or you can make an appointment to view.
